Quarantine has made it abundantly clear that a person can only stare at a screen for so long before tiring of it completely. Between the t.v., the laptop, and the phone, it’s become a bit much—especially since work requires me to be on my laptop twice as much now. I’ve really started to miss zipping around my classroom to answer students’ questions.
This evening, I took a break from technology and baked banana muffins from scratch. I’m not usually a star baker, but they turned out pretty well—and I had fun making them.
