For months, I have watched a few of my plants slowly wither, and I’ve been unsure how to save them.
This is what my favorite houseplant looked like back when I lived in the Boston area:
And this is what it looks like now:
This change has saddened me, but I’ve felt that there’s nothing I can really do; the climate is different here, so the plant will just have to hang on until I can move to a more humid climate.
Or, I decided today, I can try to create humidity myself. I did some research and found that a tray of water and pebbles is apparently supposed to give humidity to houseplants. It’s worth a try!
