Today’s act of spontaneity left me crocheting far past 1 a.m.—but I finished the scarf I’ve been working on! I decided I wouldn’t go to bed until I finished it, so that’s what I did.
This is the first article of clothing that I’ve made and the first big item that I’ve finished. It’s imperfect; it’s a bit too wide and a bit too short. As far as first attempts go, however, it’s not too shabby, and I love the feeling of accomplishment that comes with finishing a project.
