I’ve felt a little adrift lately when it comes to my career path, so I’ve been thinking a lot about what’s next for me. About a month ago, I discovered the field of expressive arts therapy—particularly expressive writing therapy—and it felt like the last puzzle piece of my life finally clicked into place; I’ve always been fascinated by psychology, and I’ve always been drawn to arts of all kinds.
Rather than charge ahead—as I have with so many things in the past—I promised myself that I’d take my time and do proper research before launching into a degree program. Tonight, that research consisted of checking out this podcast: “Art Therapy Decoded.”
I’ve gotta say, the podcast only made me more excited.
