I don’t think I’ve worked on a jigsaw puzzle since elementary school, so when I started one today, I had no concept of the undertaking ahead of me. I dumped out a 1,000-piece puzzle onto a table that was much too small, and an hour later, I was still searching for end pieces. 1,000 sure is a big number, isn’t it?
