Most nights, I go to bed disappointed that I didn’t work more on writing, and I promise myself that I’ll devote more time the next day—but usually, the cycle just restarts.
That almost happened again tonight, but thanks to The Spontaneity Project, I followed through; on a whim, I decided to do some research on playwriting. I’ve always been curious about the medium, but, admittedly, I don’t know much about it. I started to change that tonight, and I came out of it with the early whispers of a project I can get excited about.
There’s nothing quite like the excitement of a shiny new project.
